Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team. You will generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings to meet customer requirements from budgets to binding contracts.

You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across sites globally to deliver technically fit assessments, align with Sales & BD, and drive pricing and

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and propose technical strategies.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Drug Substance/Product offerings.
• Revise scope with SMEs and drive program from proposal to contract.
• Determine program pricing with Sales/BD to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and manage proposal process.
