Job summary

Resilience seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join our Commercial Operations team. You will craft technical and commercial proposals across Biologics and Drug Product offerings, collaborating with SMEs globally to ensure accurate, high-value bids.

You will drive pricing, timelines, and scope alignment from pre-proposal through contract signature, balancing profitability with customer needs. Travel up to 10% and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to multi-task in a matrix-team environment.
• Willing to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.
• Proficient in MS Word/Project, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and determine a technical understanding for proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance/Drug Product across platforms.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposals to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and manage proposal development processes.
• Maintain proactive proposal pipeline and meet customer expectations.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
