Job summary

Resilience seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to drive the technical fit and commercial value of customer proposals across Biologics and Drug Product platforms. You will partner with Sales & BD, coordinate with global SMEs, and help convert opportunities into binding contracts.

Role requires deep biologics knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage complex pricing and scope changes. Travel ~10% and non-standard hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and drug development lifecycle.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical proposals.
• Experience writing Drug Product proposals is valued.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and craft proposal strategy with customers.
• Generate detailed proposals for biologics and drug product options.
• Collaborate with SMEs to price programs and set timelines.
• Manage proposal pipeline and drive from proposal to contract.
