Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team. You will generate proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and GMP manufacturing, coordinating with SMEs globally to ensure technical fit and compelling value.

You will partner with Sales to price programs, manage the proposal pipeline, and drive opportunities from pre-proposal through contract signature, ensuring quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs with customers to ensure technical understanding and strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Platforms, Development, and GMP manufacturing.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposals to contract signature.
• Collaborate with Sales/Business Management on pricing for profitability.
• Integrate contractual terms into proposals and manage the development process.
• Proactively manage proposal pipeline and meet customer expectations.
