Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team. You will generate proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and GMP manufacturing, partnering with Sales and BD to craft technical and commercial value propositions that meet customer program expectations.

You will work with subject matter experts across sites globally to develop costed, timeline-aligned proposals, and drive them from scope through contract signature

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-disciplined, demands high-quality results and can multi-task.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team environment.
• Proactive with prioritization in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient in MS Word and/or MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel (10%) and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and develop a technical understanding of customer needs to shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process and Analytical Development, and GMP manufacturing.
• Support scope revisions with subject matter experts and drive proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms within proposal development.
• Proactively manage proposal pipeline and development process.
• Deliver on commitments to manage customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
• Lead projects assigned by manager for tech eval and proposal process improvements.
• Assist costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
