Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join our Commercial Operations team in the United States. You will generate technical and commercial proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Product offerings, aligning with customer needs and timelines.

You'll partner with Sales, BD, and SMEs across global sites to deliver high-quality proposals, manage pricing, and drive contracts from initial response to signature.

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and sterile drug product development.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with proposal development and pricing analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs with customers to define proposal strategy.
• Prepare detailed proposals covering biologics, GMP manufacturing, and drug product offerings.
• Revise scope with SMEs and drive from proposal to contract.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, Commercial Development for pricing and timelines.
• Incorporate contractual terms into proposals and maintain pipeline.
• Support costing and pricing analyses for opportunities.
