Job summary

Resilience seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team. You will craft proposals spanning Biologics, Tech Platforms, and Drug Substance/Product, aligning customer needs with technical and commercial value.

You will partner with Sales and BD to shape pre- and post-proposal activities, manage pricing using costing tools, and ensure timely, high-quality bids across global sites.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-disciplined, demands high-quality results and able to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.
• Proactive and able to effectively prioritize in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient in MS Word and/or MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel ( 10%) and work non-standard hours (flexible management).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to ensure technical understanding and develop proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance, Drug Product and related offerings.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and maintain high-quality proposal development.
• Proactively manage the proposal pipeline and maintain process discipline.
• Deliver on commitments to meet customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
• Lead projects assigned by manager for tech eval and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
