Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, is hiring a Senior Specialist for Technical Evaluation and Proposals. You will generate robust, costed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and GMP manufacturing for Drug Substance and Drug Product, collaborating with Sales and site SMEs globally.

You will drive from pre-proposal to contract, ensuring technical fit and profitable timelines, while leveraging costing tools and cross-functional teams to meet customer

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-disciplined with ability to multi-task in a matrix environment.
• Ability to travel ≤10% and adapt to non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs to understand customer needs and craft proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive program from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms with well-developed proposal content.
• Manage proactive proposal pipeline and improve processes.
• Deliver on commitments and manage customer expectations for estimates.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
