Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to generate proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Development offerings. You will collaborate with SME teams globally to assess customer requirements and deliver robust proposals with clear technical and commercial value.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Self-disciplined and able to multi-task.
• Experience working in a matrix-team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel (≈10%) and adapt to non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs to understand customer needs and shape proposal strategy.
• Prepare detailed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, GMP manufacturing for biologics and drug products.
• Revise scope with subject matter experts and drive proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and demonstrate strong proposal development skills.
• Manage proposal pipeline and ensure timely delivery of estimates.
• Deliver on commitments and manage customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunities.
