Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a remote role based in the Western region of the United States. You will help customers realize Cribl's value, demo the product, and support proof steps across multiple opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Engineering Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.
• Security industry experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, supporting multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering efficient, repeatable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
