Job summary

Cribl is a remote-first data observability company. We are hiring a Solutions Engineer to dive into Logs, Metrics, and IT Operations, helping customers uncover Cribl’s value across the sales cycle.

You will demo the platform, answer questions during calls, and support workshops and POVs across multiple opportunities. Based in the Western region, you will thrive in a high-volume environment, delivering scalable technical discovery and solution consultations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Engineering with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, supporting multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering efficient, repeatable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
