The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive adoption and success. The team values deep technical expertise in networks, application performance, and unified communications, with a focus on delivering measurable business
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Solutions Engineering experience.
- Experience with HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and BGP.
- Experience deploying or troubleshooting application and network infrastructure.
- Experience with unified communications technologies or solutions.
- Experience with application and network performance analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Support sales in technical prospecting and opportunities.
- Demonstrate solutions and use-cases to customers.
- Build trusted advisor relationships and support trials.
- Scope and architect solution deployments.
- Present to decision makers during trial wrap-up meetings.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success.
