Qualifications

• Masters degree with 6+ years in a pre-sales engineering role.
• Strong ability to translate customer business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor to partner accounts and customers.
• Lead engagements with IT and decision makers across accounts and LOBs.
• Develop and present technically relevant solutions based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with account teams to drive customer success and revenue.
• Mentor and guide SE virtual and extended sales teams.
