Job summary

Cisco ThousandEyes is seeking an exceptional Solutions Engineer to join our US Commercial East/Mid-Atlantic team. You will be the customer interface for ThousandEyes demonstrations, trials, and strong tech-to-business value messaging.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product partners to architect solutions and drive adoption across enterprise accounts. Role requires deep networking knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex telemetry into

Qualifications

5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience.
Experience selling into Fortune 500 or other enterprise organizations.
Experience with application and network protocols, including HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and BGP.
Experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting, or supporting application and network infrastructure.
Experience working with unified communications technologies or solutions.

Responsibilities

Support the technical sales process by assisting prospecting and demonstrations.
Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and support during trials.
Scope, architect, and present solutions to decision makers during trials.
Participate in weekly team meetings and quarterly sales reviews.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success on content and beta programs.
