Cisco ThousandEyes is seeking an Adoption Engineer to act as the customer interface for a new technology. You will join the ThousandEyes Solutions Engineering team to optimize adoption and utilization, delivering playbooks, trainings and roadmaps across the customer lifecycle.

You will proactively engage customers, build trusted relationships, collaborate with Sales and CSM teams, identify strategic initiatives and opportunities to expand; you will share feedback with the Product team and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience or higher
• Experience in at least one of: Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services
• Experience with application and network protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, BGP)
• Experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting, or supporting application and network infrastructure

Responsabilidades

• Serve as post-sale technical consultant throughout the customer lifecycle
• Provide adoption-driven playbooks and product trainings
• Collaborate with Customer Success Specialist and Sales on account strategy
• Identify customer initiatives and drive adoption of best practices
• Share feedback with Product team and highlight new capabilities
