Cisco ThousandEyes seeks a skilled Solutions Engineer to support the US Commercial East / Mid-Atlantic region. You will partner with the sales team to present ThousandEyes capabilities, guide trials, and demonstrate business value to Fortune 500 prospects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in solutions engineering, strong networking knowledge, and experience with UC technologies. Expect cross-functional collaboration and scale-focused customer engagements across the territory.

Qualifications

5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience in enterprise settings.
Experience selling into Fortune 500 or other large enterprises.
Experience working with application and network protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, BGP).
Experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting, or supporting application and network infrastructure.
Experience with unified communications technologies or solutions.

Responsabilités

Support the technical sales process by helping prospecting and demonstrations.
Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and support during trials.
Scope and architect solution deployments and present to decision makers in trials.
Participate in team meetings and share technical knowledge and wins.
Coordinate with Marketing, Product Management and Engineering for feedback and demos.
