Cisco ThousandEyes is seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to join our US Commercial East / Mid-Atlantic team. You will be the customer interface for a cutting-edge AI-powered digital experience platform, supporting sales through technical demonstrations, trials, and deployment scoping.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering to craft deployment architectures, present to decision makers, and help customers realize business value.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in Solutions Engineering.
• Experience selling into Fortune 500 or other enterprise organizations.
• Experience with application and network protocols.
• Experience designing, deploying, or supporting application and network infrastructure.
• Experience with unified communications technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Support the technical sales process by assisting in technical prospecting and demonstrations.
• Build and maintain a technical advisory relationship with customers.
• Support customers during solution trials and scope deployments.
• Present to decision makers during trial wrap-up meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Engineering on solution feedback and enhancements.
• Help establish and enhance demonstration material showcasing the solution.
