Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a remote- first role in the Western US. You will help customers understand the value of Cribl, demo the product, and support proofs of concept across multiple opportunities in a high-velocity environment.

A minimum of 3 years in sales engineering in logs/metrics/IT ops and security is required, with a bonus for security experience. The position offers a base salary range of $110,000–$173,000 USD, plus incentive compensation where applicable and corporate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Engineering Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, supporting multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering efficient, repeatable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
