Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers unlock the full potential of Cribl in real-world environments. This remote role serves customers across multiple time zones, focusing on technical discovery, product demos, and scalable customer engagements.

You will collaborate with Sales to communicate value, run workshops and POVs, and document practical use cases. Base salary ranges from $110,000 to $173,000 USD, plus incentives and the corporate bonus program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Sales Engineering with logs, metrics, IT ops and security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Residency in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls.
• Support customers during workshops and POVs.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment with scalable discovery and demonstrations.
• Occasional duties outside standard working hours due to time-zone coverage.
