Cribl, a remote-first B2B SAAS data observability company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a remote role based in the Western United States. You will demo, articulate value, support workshops and POVs, and craft blog use cases while thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.

Requires 3+ years in Sales Engineering with Logs, Metrics, IT Ops and Security; security experience a bonus; residence in the Western US. Base salary range $110,000-$173,000 USD with eligible incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Engineering with logs, metrics, IT operations and security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Residence in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, supporting multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering efficient, repeatable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
