Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join our 100% remote, global team. You will educate customers through demos, enablement, and technical evaluations while collaborating with Sales to qualify and close opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical pre-sales, with Open Source or metrics/monitoring background, and strong written/oral communication skills for global customers. Remote-first culture and RSU-based rewards are in place.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience with Open Source tech or metrics/monitoring.
• Remote-first work with international collaboration and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with global customers.
• Willingness to grow technically; bootcamp grads or post-sales/engineering backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high-growth team solving technical and customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own technical engagement and help close opportunities using deep knowledge and credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Proactively communicate feedback and competitive insights to internal teams.
• Drive product discussions based on customer needs learned from interactions.
• Create public and internal enablement material and documentation.
