Grafana Labs, the open observability company, seeks a Solutions Engineer to educate customers and enable success worldwide. You will bridge highly technical teams, customers, and sales, delivering demonstrations and evaluations while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

You will listen, extract requirements, and translate them into Grafana solutions, partnering with sales to close opportunities in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication with remote teams and customers.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Willingness to take complex assignments with sound judgment and leadership.
• Technical mindset with a desire to grow technically.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement and help close complex opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to customers.
• Communicate feedback to product and internal teams about products and competition.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Create enablement content: docs, blogs, videos, knowledge base.
