Gen seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical solutioning for complex partner engagements, collaborating with Sales, Partner Success, Product and Engineering to translate partner needs into practical solutions.

You'll drive discovery, design and demonstrations for challenging use cases, share insights with Product, and help accelerate adoption of our embedded marketplace infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management.
• Experience leading complex partner or customer engagements.
• Ability to travel regularly for in-person partner visits.
• Proficiency translating technical concepts for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience shaping solutions for new verticals or emerging use cases.

• Lead technical solutioning for complex partner engagements, coordinating with internal teams.
• Contribute to solution narratives and architectural approaches for new verticals.
• Travel with Sales and Partner Solutions for important meetings.
