Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales engineering or technical account management roles with complex engagements
• Ability to travel for in-person partner visits
• Experience mentoring technical/pre-sales professionals
• Proficiency translating technical concepts for technical and executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes across a portfolio of the most complex, strategic partner engagements
• Set solution narratives and architectural framing for net-new verticals
• Standardize scoping and engagement models for repeatable work
• Travel with Sales for high-stakes prospect and partner meetings
• Mentor Solutions Engineers on technical depth and consultative rigor
• Drive feedback loops from partners into the Product roadmap
