Gen is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the most complex partner engagements and serve as the technical and strategic authority between Sales, Partner Success, Product, and Engineering. You will accelerate adoption of embedded marketplace infrastructure and architect scalable solutions across verticals.

You will lead demonstrations, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and align product direction with partner needs.

Formación

• 8+ years in sales engineering or solutions consulting.
• Ability to travel for in-person partner visits.
• Mentor others and raise the bar for pre-sales.
• Translate technical concepts for executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own outcomes across a portfolio of complex partner engagements.
• Set solution narratives and architectural framing for net-new verticals.
• Standardize scoping and engagement models across the team.
• Travel with Sales for the highest-stakes meetings, providing technical and strategic authority in-person.
• Lead discovery and solution design for strategic opportunities.
• Architect and demo the most complex solutions, beyond standard product walkthroughs.
• Drive feedback loops to shape the Product roadmap and partner priorities.
• Represent the Engine's technical expertise to senior stakeholders and at conferences.
