Gen is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical solutioning for complex partner engagements, collaborating with Sales, Partner Success, Product and Engineering to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

You’ll drive discovery, design and demonstrations for challenging use cases, mentor peers, and help accelerate adoption of Gen’s embedded marketplace infrastructure while maintaining a sharp focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management.
• Experience leading complex partner or customer engagements.
• Ability to travel regularly for in-person partner visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning for complex partner engagements, coordinating with internal teams.
• Contribute to solution narratives and architectural approaches for new verticals.
• Help improve scoping practices, engagement models, and templates with the SE team.
• Travel with Sales for important meetings, bringing hands-on technical expertise.
