Job summary

Synthesia Limited is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to help build our pre-sales function across North America. This founding role will shape the playbook, tooling, and best practices as we scale, ideally based in Austin but remote candidates are welcome.

You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design the technical solution for each deal. Travel will be needed as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering at SaaS companies.
• Strong discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Technical depth in APIs and integrations and ability to learn quickly across domains.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and environments.
• Design and deliver compelling demos that show clear ROI.
• Scope POCs and design technical solutions for each deal.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and collaborate with AEs, CS, and Product Marketing.
• Forecast and manage your book of business with leadership.
