We’re looking for Solutions Engineers to shape our North America pre-sales function as a founding team member, partnering with AEs, CS, and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design technical solutions for deals.

You will help customers understand value, architecting scalable solutions across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive Avatars, while feeding

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and support discovery calls with AE to understand requirements, tech environment, and business challenges.
• Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies to prove value for Studio, Roleplay Sessions, or Interactive Avatars.
• Build knowledge of Synthesia platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across product lines.
• Deliver demonstrations that address customer problems and tell a credible story of value.
• Identify objections and integration questions, coordinating with AE to find a path forward.
• Assess technical fit and opportunity risk to shape account and deal strategy.
• Keep deal team informed on status, timeline, and dependencies.
• Enable technical champions within customer orgs to advocate for Synthesia.
