Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to build and scale its pre‑sales function across North America. You will work with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design technical solutions for deals.

This founding role emphasizes shaping playbooks, tooling, and best practices as we grow. You will be based in Austin or nearby, collaborating with teams across the US to articulate value, address security and identity

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles at SaaS companies.
• Strong discovery and stakeholder management abilities.
• Technical depth in APIs and integrations; comfortable with security and compliance topics.

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and conduct discovery to understand customer requirements and environment.
• Design and deliver demos that quantify business value and ROI.
• Collaborate with AEs, CS, and Product Marketing to scope POCs and technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on platform capabilities, integrations, and deployment considerations.
