Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Solutions Engineer to build the pre-sales function in North America, joining as one of the first SEs to shape the playbook as we scale. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal.

Based in Austin, you will travel for customer discovery and on-site demos as needed while helping Synthesia grow into a multi-product AI video platform for enterprise

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment.
• Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to the discovery points and agenda set with the AE.
• Applies established solution designs and best practices to customer use cases.
• Identifies and surfaces deal risk, escalating clearly to the AE.
• Familiar with MEDDPICC and messaging frameworks to articulate fit.

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and support discovery calls with AE to understand customer requirements.
• Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies showing business value quickly.
• Build knowledge of Synthesia’s platform capabilities, roadmap, and product lines.
• Deliver demonstrations that tell a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution.
• Identify technical objections and integration questions and coordinate with the wider team.
