Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our North America pre-sales team. This founding role will shape the playbook, tooling, and best practices as we scale, not follow an established model.

If you’re excited by building while scaling, we’d love to hear from you. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design the technical solution for each deal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment.
• Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to discovery points; good demo technique.
• Familiar with MEDDPICC and messaging concepts; articulate fit for prospect.
• Strong written and spoken English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and support discovery calls with AE to understand customer requirements and challenges.
• Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies showing Synthesia's value quickly.
• Maintain knowledge of platform capabilities, roadmap, and use cases across product lines.
• Deliver demonstrations that tell a credible story of why Synthesia is right for the customer.
• Identify technical objections and integration questions; coordinate with AE and ecosystem.
• Provide assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to shape strategy.
• Keep deal team informed on status, timeline, and dependencies.
• Engage technical champions within customer organizations to advocate for Synthesia.
• Guide on API/SDK integrations, security, compliance topics, and global scalability.
