Synthesia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to build the pre‑sales function in North America. This founding role will shape the playbook, tooling, and best practices as we scale.

You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design the technical solution for each deal. Occasional travel may be required as we expand.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles at SaaS companies.

Responsabilidades

• Co‑plan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements and environment.
• Design and deliver demos that quantify value and tell a credible ROI story.
• Overcome technical objections and map blockers to solution paths.
• Support workshops that connect Synthesia to broader technology strategy on complex deals.
• Partner with AEs to define account strategy, assess opportunity, and forecast book of business.
• Design repeatable demo methodologies and build reusable assets across environments.
• Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, integrations, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve messaging and enablement.
