Job summary

Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform, is hiring Senior Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre‑sales function in North America. This is a founding role: you’ll shape the playbook, tooling, and best practices as we scale, not following an established model.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design the technical solution for each deal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or equivalent SaaS roles.
• Strong consultative discovery and stakeholder management.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to executives and technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for discovery and on-site demos.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls to understand customer requirements and technical environments.
• Design and deliver compelling demos that quantify business value and ROI.
• Scope POCs and design technical solutions for each deal.
• Build repeatable demo methodologies and reusable assets across environments.
• Collaborate with AEs, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to align on messaging and deals.
