Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead technical guidance for customers, aligning security transformations across on-prem, cloud, and security operations.

You will define technical solutions that secure customer imperatives and ensure value realization of their investments with Palo Alto Networks. You will evangelize industry leadership, drive demonstrations and workshops, and collaborate with services and success teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering.
• Skilled in at least one of: Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE.
• Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred.
• Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal.
• Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements.
• Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
• Partnering with Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions.
• Experience in complex sales involving long processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions.
• This is a field sales position; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presentations, workshops, and validation engagements to influence customer decisions.
• Create high-level designs and architecture views across the PANW portfolio to demonstrate business value.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialists to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to win opportunities and ensure a one-team approach.
• Differentiate PANW leadership in cybersecurity and promote end-to-end solutions including partner services.
