You own accounts end-to-end, defining solutions that align with business imperatives and ensuring deployment quality. You will evangelize our on-prem, cloud, and operations offerings, build trusted relationships with CIOs, CSOs, and other execs, and partner with services to expand outcomes across large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders in customer engagements.
• Experience delivering technical presentations, workshops, or validations.
• Enterprise SaaS pre-sales across large, complex accounts.
• Expertise in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity or cloud security.
• Partner with Customer Success and Support teams.
• Curiosity and AI fluency to elevate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, technical account plans for multi-threaded engagements.
• Lead advanced discovery to align customer priorities.
• Build C-level relationships to drive security architecture transformation.
• Position and demonstrate PANW solutions to large enterprises.
• Lead complex technical validation efforts.
• Promote integrated PANW solutions and drive adoption.
• Own day-to-day technical ownership for assigned accounts.
• Monitor usage and guide continued value realization.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Specialists, Partners.
• Communicate complex security concepts in clear terms.
