Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive technical leadership and guide customers through security transformation journeys. You will own end-to-end technical ownership of your accounts, ensuring solution fit, deployment quality, adoption, and ongoing health throughout the lifecycle.

You will evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem and cloud security, build C-level relationships, and collaborate with Services teams to deliver expanded outcomes and platform adoption

Qualifications

• Experience building and executing strategic, technical account plans for complex engagements.
• Ability to conduct advanced discovery and align customer priorities.
• Proven ability to cultivate C-suite relationships (CIO/CISO/CSO).
• Ability to position, demonstrate, and design high-level solutions across the PANW portfolio.
• Lead technical validation efforts and drive customer outcomes with Services teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical ownership of assigned accounts and ensure deployment readiness.
• Drive technical leadership and guide customers through security transformation journeys.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Specialists, and Channel partners.
• Monitor usage and outcomes to identify optimization opportunities and risks.
• Ensure cross-product alignment and sustained technical health across accounts.
