Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and supporting Revenue and Renewal teams. You will master our products, demo environment, system architecture, security and implementation requirements, customer needs and the sales process.

You will provide high-quality solution support that speeds up deals and builds trust with buyers, brokers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates.
• Explain integration capabilities, APIs, file feeds and SSO and how they fit each customer's architecture.
• Speak to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time and show how Jellyvision stands out against competitors.
• Partner with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality.
