Job summary

Jellyvision in Remote USA is seeking a Solutions Consultant to serve as the trusted advisor for the ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal teams. You will master our products, deliver high‑quality demos, and understand system architecture, security and implementation requirements to accelerate deals.

You will work with Marketing and Product to represent market voice, shape future product strategy, and guide pilots and new offerings with cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral that addresses product and system concerns in plain language.
• History of collaborating closely across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication skills: you present complex ideas in a way that's honest, compelling and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal strategy with Account Executives and manage the solution side of complex opportunities.
• Model discovery, demos, and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and tailor solutions to customer requirements.
• Support RFPs and security questionnaires with input on plan design analysis.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through improving win rate and deal velocity.
