Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite. You’ll master product, demos, system architecture, security and implementation requirements to accelerate deals and build trust with buyers, brokers and partners.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Product to reflect market voice, contribute to RFPs and security questionnaires, and deliver tailored, high-quality demonstrations while traveling up to 25% for customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape proposed solutions around each buyer’s needs and explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO).
• Speak to security and data privacy in live conversations and address objections.
