Jellyvision is seeking a Solution Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team’s go-to product expert. You’ll master our products, demo environment, system architecture and security, translating customer needs into tailored solutions that speed deals.

You'll collaborate with Marketing and Product to bring the voice of the market into our benefits suite and help push strategic initiatives in a fast-growing company.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral that addresses product and system concerns in plain language.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication skills: clear, honest, empathetic delivery.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Sales execution: partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead solution design.
• Create and deliver tailored demos and solution designs for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Explain integration capabilities including APIs, file feeds, and SSO in customer conversations.
• Provide inputs on RFPs and security questionnaires with the Deal Desk team.
• Contribute to revenue goals through win rate and faster deal velocity.
• Enablement: develop advanced solution collateral with Sales Enablement for Benefits Administration and ALEX.
• Market insight: relay voice of the market to Marketing and Product teams; guide future planning.
