Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to become a trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and related Revenue and Renewal initiatives. You’ll master our products, deliver high‑quality solution demos, and guide executive stakeholders through architecture, security and integration considerations.

You’ll partner with sales, marketing and product teams to translate buyer needs into tailored solutions, and you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with travel up to 25%.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.
• History of collaborating closely across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication skills: you present complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates.
• Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and how they fit each customer's architecture.
• Address security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections and compare our approach with competitors.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis for product fit.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality.
