Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join the Revenue and Renewal team as the go-to product expert for the ALEX Home suite. You’ll master our decision support tools, demos, architecture, security and implementation requirements, aligning solutions with customer needs and the sales process.

You’ll partner with Account Executives, Marketing and Product to shape solutions, deliver in-depth demos, respond to RFPs, and advocate for customers across a complex enterprise landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication skills: you present complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Sales execution and solution design: partner with Account Executives on deal strategy, lead solution design for complex deals, and tailor proposals to buyer needs.
• Training and enablement: collaborate with Sales Enablement to create advanced solution collateral and talk tracks.
• Market insight: represent the voice of the market with Marketing and Product, influence sales strategy and pilots.
