Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Director, Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue for a product cluster and geography, leading complex enterprise sales from origination to close with client account teams and select channel partners.

You will coordinate pre-sales resources, shape go-to-market and pricing strategies, engage C-suite buyers, and mentor a small team. Travel may be required as you drive growth across licenses, SaaS, maintenance, and services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales or a closely related commercial role.
• 8+ years experience selling software solutions to large enterprises; familiarity with SaaS, license and managed service models.
• Proven track record achieving and exceeding quotas, preferably $5M or more ARR.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive revenue targets for an assigned product cluster and market.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from origination through close.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources and internal specialists to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Manage partnerships and co-selling with channel partners.
• Attend industry events, define engagement plans, and follow up actions within five business days.
