Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking an Associate Director of Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue accountability for an assigned product cluster and geography. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles, collaborate with client account teams, and coordinate a small team of sales professionals to position and sell our software portfolio.

Travel will be required to engage C-suite buyers, negotiate terms, and drive pipeline and renewal strategies across licenses, SaaS, and services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• Proven quotas attainment, including multi-million ARR.
• Experience selling to large enterprises.
• Experience selling AI-native software products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software sales cycles from origination to close.
• Coordinate with client account teams and partners.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts.
• Manage pipeline and forecast reports.
• Mentor a small sales team.
