Accenture PLC in Kirkland, WA seeks an Associate Director of Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue for an assigned product cluster and geography. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging with C-suite buyers and coordinating a team of sales professionals and partners.

You will manage pipeline, negotiate terms, and drive strategies to protect and grow the installed base, while collaborating with client account teams and outsourcing ecosystem to originate opportunities.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or a closely related commercial role.
• Proven track record achieving and exceeding quotas in large enterprises.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Mansioni

• Own and deliver the annual software sales target for an assigned product cluster and market.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from origination through close with CFOs/COOs/CFOs.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources and internal specialists to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Attend industry events and Conferences and follow up within five business days.
• Identify, onboard and manage technology and channel partners for pipeline origination and co-selling.
