Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Director, Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue for a product cluster and geography in the US. You will lead complex enterprise sales, coordinate a small team, and work closely with client account teams and partners to drive growth.

You will engage C-suite buyers, shape pricing and go-to-market plans, and ensure rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution across licensing, SaaS, and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Proven track record of closing multi-year deals in enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the annual software sales target (TCV) for an assigned product cluster and market.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from origination through close with C-suite buyers.
• Identify, onboard and manage technology and channel partners for pipeline origination.
• Provide day-to-day direction to a small sales team (2–4 people).
• Maintain accurate deal data in the CRM and produce weekly pipeline reports.
