Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an Associate Director of Software Sales in the United States to own end-to-end revenue for a product cluster and geography. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles, coordinate with client account teams and partners, and manage a small sales team to deliver on annual targets.

You will negotiate terms with clients and internal deal desks, drive renewal strategies, and contribute to GTM planning. Travel to client sites and events is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise software sales or related field.
• Experience selling to C-suite including COO/CFO/CRO.
• Familiarity with license, SaaS and managed services models.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder approvals.
• Experience collaborating with legal and deal desk teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end revenue targets for a product cluster and geography.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from origination to close.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources and partner relationships to accelerate pipeline.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts with internal and client stakeholders.
• Provide weekly pipeline and forecast reporting to senior leadership.
