Job summary

Accenture seeks an Associate Director of Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue for an assigned product cluster and region. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles from origination through close, coordinating client teams and a network of partners to position and sell our software portfolio.

You will manage a small team, drive pipeline growth, and shape go‑to‑market strategy while engaging C‑suite buyers with a compelling value narrative and ensuring rigorous deal execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of closing seven‑figure TCV deals.
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles in a matrixed environment.
• Experience selling into large enterprises across at least one target industry vertical.
• Experience selling AI‑native software products or solutions with qualified pipeline or closed deals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue accountability for an assigned product cluster and geography.
• Lead multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from origination through close, engaging C-suite buyers with a value-led narrative.
• Coordinate pre‑sales resources and internal specialists to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Participate in go‑to‑market strategy including pricing, packaging and market segment prioritisation.
• Identify, onboard and manage technology and channel partners for pipeline origination and co‑selling.
