Accenture PLC is seeking an Associate Director of Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue accountability for an assigned product cluster and geography in the United States. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles from origination through close, coordinating with client account teams and partners to position and sell our software portfolio.

You will manage a small team and work with clients directly to build a compelling value narrative, negotiate terms, and protect the installed base.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or a closely related commercial role.
• 8+ years experience selling software solutions to large enterprises; familiarity with SaaS, license and managed service commercial models.
• Proven track record achieving and exceeding quotas, preferably $5M or more ARR.
• Minimum 6 months of demonstrated experience selling AI‑native software products.

Aufgaben

• Revenue and pipeline: Own and deliver the annual software sales target (TCV) for an assigned product cluster and market.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from origination through close, engaging C-suite buyers with a clear, value-led narrative.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and contractual structures with legal and deal desk.
• Partner channels: Identify, onboard and manage technology and channel partners as active sources of pipeline origination and co-selling.
