Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• 8+ years selling to large enterprises; familiarity with SaaS, licenses and managed services.
• Proven track record achieving quotas, preferably $5M ARR or more.
• Minimum 6 months of demonstrated experience selling AI-native software products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Aufgaben

• Own and deliver the annual software sales target (TCV) for an assigned product cluster and market.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline sufficient to ensure full coverage of the annual sales plan.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from origination through close with C-suite buyers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and contractual structures with legal and deal desk.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Identify, onboard and manage technology and channel partners as sources of pipeline origination.
• Provide day-to-day direction to a small team of sales professionals.
• Maintain accurate deal data in CRM and produce weekly pipeline/forecast reports.
